Pizza On The Grill II

This is pizza made on a gas grill. The results are great, and plenty of variations would work. The trick is to grill one side of the pizza dough first, then add the toppings.

I first made this chicken one hot summer when the family wanted baked chicken...and I wanted to keep the kitchen cool. Now they never seem to request the oven-baked variety!

These are absolutely melt in your mouth delicious! You can make them on the grill or in the oven. Even friends of ours that don't care for onions loved these! I would recommend that you use 1 large onion for every 2 people. Some people want one whole onion to themselves so you might want to make some extra! They are also good heated up the next day but we rarely have any extra!

We don't eat beef so we use ground pork and ground turkey for this, but you could use any ground meat you'd like. This is a fun way to cook a meatloaf that is great for a hot summer day when you don't want to turn on the oven. We use a charcoal grill.

I couldn't decide what to do with all the beets, so I tossed them onto the grill.

Eggs on the Grill

Have you ever tried eggs on the grill by using a muffin pan? Just spray the pan and crack the eggs and put them on the grill. Try adding some chopped peppers and onions or anything to your liking.

Cabbage on the Grill

Sweet and delicious, cabbage wedges are cut, sprinkled with garlic powder, wrapped in foil and cooked on the grill. Try adding some apple slices, and it 's best to use heavy-duty aluminum foil.
